Abandoned Roadside Puppies Rescued From Winter Weather The Rescue One team, a non-profit organization whose mission is saving animals, received a call about dogs abandoned in cold weather next to a road in Springfield, Missouri. The team volunteered to drive out and bring the mother and her six puppies back to safety. They will remain at the Rescue One center until they are healthy and ready to be adopted.
