While Bui Vien has long been Saigon’s backpacker hub, there have been a number of efforts at work to improve both the safety and entertainment functions of this tourist hot spot. Long overlooked is Bach Dang Wharf which is another part of the city that has been subject to a tourist-friendly makeover. Here are some of the improvements that have caught our eye.
