I had been pulling my hair, eyebrows, and lashes, for as long as I can remember. It started when I was about seven years old with abuse. I had gone to counseling and therapy in the past, but nothing worked for long. But in 6 hypnotherapy sessions with Kate, I was able to stop. And though I still feel urges from time to time, I can stop myself and still feel in control. I would highly recommend Kate Olson for anyone dealing with similar issues.
