Fighting On! Chris Soules’ Legal Team To Appeal Hit And Run Ruling

Former Bachelor Chris Soules and is legal team are going to appeal the latest ruling against him.
RadarOnline.com earlier reported how an Iowa judge denied his motion to dismiss his notorious fatal accident case.

But now his team is fighting back.

In a statement released to RadarOnline.com they defended Soules actions on that fateful night and vowed to appeal today’s determination.

Their statement read: It has been clear since the beginning of this case that Mr. Soules did everything in his power to assist the injured tractor driver, Kenneth Mosher, in the aftermath of the terrible accident on April 24, 2017. The 911 recording from that night shows Mr. Soules kept his wits about him and attempted CPR on Mr. Mosher with the assistance of other first responders. Nevertheless, a judge ruled today that Iowa law allows the prosecutors to charge Mr. Soules under Iowa’s “hit and run” statute.
