Police are searching for a missing 22-year-old Newcastle man, Jayden Penno-Tompsett, who they say disappeared on January 3 and has not contacted his family since.
Queensland Police released CCTV footage of the man on January 5, stating he had last been seen at a roadhouse in Charters Towers on December 31.
“Police and family still hold concerns for his welfare as he has not made any contact with them, which is out of character.
“Police are exploring all avenues however accept that it is a possibility that Mr Penno-Tompsett, from Newcastle, is still travelling as part of his original plans and may not be aware that he has been reported missing.” Credit: Queensland Police Service via Storyful
