The new exhibit at Las Vegas City Hall’s Grand Gallery showcases works made from found or discarded objects the creators have rescued, then reused to create a new vision. . “If I want to call myself an artist, I should be able to create something from anything,” says Las Vegas-based Alex Huerta, one of the featured artists.
