Ocean water breached a seawall in Scituate, Massachusetts, on Thursday, January 4, as a powerful nor’easter battered the east coast.
The National Guard was dispatched to the area as the icy sea water poured over the seawall, flooding streets, a news report said. Those living along the shore had already been asked to evacuate.
