More Than a Dozen Hurt in Bronx Fire

At least 16 people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in fire that broke out in a four-story building in the Bronx, New York, on January 2, according to official reports.

The fire broke out around 5:30 am in a furniture store with apartments located above, on the corner of East Tremont Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue, CBS New York reported. Over 200 firefighters were at the scene, FDNY said.
