I checked on Yelp and ended up calling a local company who had very good reviews, Xtreme Air Services. They came out around noon the same day. Josh Graham, one of their techs, explained to me that the old unit would need to be replaced. He showed me where it was really in bad shape with a rusted out vent and heat exchanger. He even offered to get someone out the same day to install a new system but I opted for Saturday morning.
