California launched the world’s largest regulated commercial market for recreational marijuana Monday. Reuters reports dozens of newly licensed stores catering to adults who enjoy the drug for its psychoactive effects opened for business up and down the state. California is the sixth--and largest--state to legalize recreational pot to users 21 and older.
