Niagara Falls Turns Into a Winter Wonderland Freezing temperatures have turned the area around the waterfalls into a frozen spectacle. Temperatures are predicted to stay at 14 degrees Fahrenheit. The only time the waterfalls completely froze completely froze back in 2014.
