At least 14 people were killed and as many as 16 others were injured after a fire broke at Kamala Mills, an entertainment and business complex in central Mumbai, India. Flames engulfed the building in the early morning hours of Friday, December 29.
This video shows the fire raging at the Kamala Mills complex in Lower Parel. The fire started on the sixth floor of a building in the compound at about 12.30am, the Indian Express reported.
The injured were taken to King Edward Memorial Hospital, NDTV reported. The compound houses several news channels, which were forced to stop broadcasting after the fire broke out, according to the report.
