Boiling Water Freezes in Sub-Zero Temperatures in Minnesota

Temperatures dipped well below freezing and below zero in Duluth, Minnesota, on Wednesday, December 27. A record low was reported in nearby International Falls at -37 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
