Watch police arrest Melbourne crash suspect after car 'deliberately' ploughs into Christmas shoppers

A car ploughed into a crowd in Melbourne on 21 December, injuring at least 13 people. At least two people were arrested after the car intentionally ploughed into pedestrians according to Victoria Police.
