When a customer complained to Mauser that its M12 rifle is 'not fit for purpose', Mauser's Robert Sajitz wanted to know why. What is wrong? Can Mauser fix it? the answer is yes - and it is easier than the experts at Mauser thought. The customer said that the rifle was incapable of shooting at 1,000 metres.
