This decision to repeal net neutrality can either be vetoed by Trump, Congress or a high court judge... And the people could also forge a class-action lawsuit.

One of the major reasons these regulations existed was because a number of years ago Comcast forced Netflix to pay ransom money to get their site to fun fast again through their services. The FCC vote is a blanket gateway for corporations to force their hand towards any company they want money from.
The FCC members in favor of deregulation are talking in doublespeak. They speak of bringing back 'internet freedom' and how the internet 'flourished' and 'competition' prior to an actual policy regarding regulation, but again, prior to the 2015 policy, ISPs could force companies to pay them a ransom for faster service.
