Heavy Rain Causes River Overflow and Flooding in Parma Province

Italian emergency services evacuated parts of Colorno, a commune in Italy’s northern Parma Province, on December 12 after heavy rain caused widespread following in the region, according to local reports.

A red alert for flooding was in place for Liguria, Emilia and Tuscany following days of heavy rain, Quotidiano.net reported.
