Road Rage Blamed After Cab Driver Jumps Curb, Injures 6 in Manhattan

At least six pedestrians were struck when a cab driver jumped the curb in a busy section of lower Manhattan Thursday afternoon, possibly after getting into a crash with another TLC driver, police said.
