Ministry traces scheme to dupe consumers of cooking gas purchase

The Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism Ministry has traced a scheme by licensed wholesalers of subsidised liquefied petroleum gas or LPG, to dupe consumers of their purchase.
