Demonstrators gathered to protest President Donald Trump’s plan to shrink Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments on December 2 at the Utah State Capitol building in Salt Lake City.

Trump will be in Utah on December 4 to officially announce his plans to change the boundaries of the two monuments, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Maps from the Wilderness Society show the proposed boundary changes and cuts to the Utah monuments.
