Off-Duty Officer Fatally Shoots Man in Kansas Costco Who Threatened to Shoot Shoppers

Police say a man brandished a gun and threatened to shoot shoppers at a Costco in Kansas before he was fatally shot by an off-duty Kansas City police officer.
