A beautiful aerial video has emerged from Lapland, Finland showing the annual round-up of reindeer.
The clip which was filmed in October, shows herders driving hundreds of the ungulates from a large corral to a smaller pen.
Reindeer are rounded up every autumn in Lapland. Some are slaughtered, while others are given medication and released back into the wild.
The Sami people, sometimes known as Lapps, have been semi-nomadic reindeer herders for many centuries.
In Finland the traditional livelihood is not restricted to the Sami, as it is in other neighbouring countries.
