ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Friday said that the terrorism cases on politicians would harm democratic institutions in the country, ARY News reported.
Talking to press after turning up to an anti-terrorism court (ATC), Khan said the federal government making all attempts to silence his voice after viewing the PTI protests as terrorism.
Deploring the terrorism cases on political activists, he said as many as 60 documents were submitted to the court in State Television (PTV) attack case filed against him and other PTI workers.
“If a single document found misleading or incorrect, I would quit politics,” he underlined.
The ATC, during court proceedings, earlier today directed Khan to record his statement before police in four cases including PTV (State TV) and Parliament attack till December 7.
