Water Wubble Has Baby Wubbles! How Many Can We Stuff Inside? We decided to put our Water Wubble Water Balloon Balls to the filling test. We tried all 4 methods and found that they were really easy to fill with any of the methods. I did figure out later that with the pool method, if you keep the valve in and go lower and pull up faster we can get a lot of water into these. Did you like the filling, rolling or popping the best?
