Khloe Kardashian spoke out on the absence of Kylie Jenner this season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Khloe called the youngest Jenner the "new Rob" explaining that she's never around anymore. Kylie is reportedly expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Travis Scott.
