After my experiences with shady companies trying anything to get my business (including insurance fraud), it was refreshing to find a company that demonstrated integrity and professionalism. The staff were prompt and completely responsive to questions and concerns. Scott came out the day after I called for an estimate and answered every question I could think of. Not only did he answer my questions during the site visit, he quickly replied to anything I asked after the initial meeting. He and the owner of the company walked me through the entire process and the service they provided was fantastic. The work they did for me was quality; the team that repaired my roof were efficient and respectful of my property. The office staff were patient and friendly whenever I called. Each person I had contact with was great. Storm Guard was referred to me by a colleague and I will definitely do the same thing in the future. Highly recommended.
