This is a video update to my previous guide on Rocket Raccoon. After his tuning, he is doing much better now. Also, he will have his upcoming unique review too. So time to gear up this little guy! I have a lot of fun playing him. As you see in some of the in-game footage, playing him in cosmic patrol and terminal is relaxing. In this video, I am going to talk about his build, gear option, omega system, and his rotation as well.\r
