Jay from CVB was the third quote that we got for a water main break between the street and the house. The first quote was for $4000 from an unnamed company. They just gave the quote and shy'ed away from answering an questions. The second was in the same ballpark and was trying to sell me PVC line. I got a hold of Jay and he was honest and open about the other quotes. He said that the main cost was in the trenching and recommended that I find a landscaper to do that work.
