This trip report looks at my experiences aboard Etihads flagship A380-800 in First Class. I fly from terminal 4 from London Heathrow to Abu Dhabi on EY12, which is a day time flight. I start off being picked up by the complimentary chauffeur service, who then leave me with the concierge service at the airport. I receive superb treatment at the First Class check-in counter, which sees me whisked through airport security and into the comforts of the Etihad mixed First/Business Class lounge in no time. I enjoy a complimentary spa treatment there and have a quick look at the lounge before I board my flight. On board, I review the First Class Apartment product. Its absolutely an amazing product that currently no airline can rival. The size and the quality of the Apartment is simply stunning. I sample a number of items from the on-board menu, surf the net on the plane, and take a shower at 39,000 feet. The First Class bed and the on-board lounge facilities are looked at as well. The flight sadly comes to an end as I make my transit in Abu Dhabi to another Etihad flight.\r
