MODULE 1 Solo Basic Training
Condition-
A good understanding of this of this foundation is crucial to you being able to master Wing Chun. You must learn to control your own body first and know yourself before you can hope to control your opponent. Learn the discipline required to become strong in these basic things Sil Lim Tao (Small ideas) and you will have the discipline you will need to master all of Wing Chun.
This first part of the course will get your body up to standard to begin your serious Wing Chun training. The style of the production makes Master Wong your real life personal trainer! With you throughout each moment, every rep, stance and exercise until you have completed each task! There is literally no way you can fail to get results if you follow the instruction and movements you see on screen!

After completing MODULE 1 you are ready for your first GRADING. to evidence your achievement and prove you have reached the foundation and fitness level required to start serious training in technique! All the basics must be solid and performed to a high standard or it will possible to use them in MODULE 2 there are no short cuts you must discipline yourself and reach a good level before you are ready to begin MODULE 2.
