Woman Says Officers Used Excessive Force While Arresting Her Disabled Son

Just two days after filing a lawsuit against the Sacramento Police Department after a man suffered brain injuries during an arrest, the mother of that man is accusing Tracy police officers of using excessive force during an arrest.
