Thousands of people gathered in central Warsaw on Saturday, November 11, for the annual far-right Independence March, local media reported.
The event, which takes place on Poland’s Independence Day, has become one of the largest gatherings for white supremacists and far-right extremists in Europe and has drawn participants from several other countries, The Associated Press reported.
The march is organised by radical groups including National-Radical Camp, the National Movement and the All Polish Youth. The slogan for this year’s event is “We Want God”.
