22-Year-Old Woman Accused of Starting Brooklyn Apartment Fire That Killed 2 Neighbors

A 22-year-old woman was arrested Friday for allegedly setting her Brooklyn apartment building on fire, killing two of her neighbors and injuring several others, police said.
