You don’t really have much of a choice, because the menu is so limited, but that’s not such a bad thing at Australia Dairy Co.  Go to this popular breakfast spot in the heart of Kowloon, where everyone raves about the SCRAMBLED EGGS AND TOAST. Fluffy, buttery, silky, blah, blah. . . just order the damn eggs already!  That’s what the aggressive staff is probably muttering as they usher the herds of people inside.  Don’t be intimidated by what many would consider an extremely, long-ass line.  With the fast turnover it moves quickly.  Your odds are better if you fly solo or with a buddy as larger groups have to wait for a full table, but get ready to make friends as you may be seated with some random guests.  You might not have enough time to hit it off, if you eat too fast.
