Homeless Men Demand Promised Pay for Handing Out Election Flyers, Raffle Tickets

A group of homeless men say they were promised money if they handed out election flyers and raffle tickets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Now, they still haven`t been paid and they may be in legal trouble.
