Vietnam’s Thu Bon River overflowed its banks after Typhoon Damrey pummeled the country and spilled floodwaters throughout the the streets of Hoi An, a popular tourist city and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This drone footage shows an aerial view of the damage. Several stretches of land have transformed into ponds as a result of the flooding.
According to reports from local news source Thanh Nien Online, water levels in Hoi An on November 6 were roughly 10.2 feet (3.12 meters).
