Homemade Sweet Potato Pie Recipe\r

Boil 3 Large Sweet Potatoes in a big pot of water over medium heat until for tender. Sit them aside and allow them to cool off for 20 minutes or until cool once done\r

Once they are done peal them and place them in a big bowl\r
\r
Smash them up well with a big spoon or blender to easily remove strings\r
\r
Add 1-1/4 stick of melted butter, 1 cup of white or brown sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of carnation milk, 2 tbs of vanilla extr, 3 tbs of light corn syrup, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tbs of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of flour. Blend on low speed for 2 minutes and on high speed for 1 minutes\r

Get your 9 inch pie crust pan and add the sweet potato pie to the pan and bake them on 350 for 45-55 minutes\r

Once done sit for 1 hr then place it into the refrigerator and allow it to sit for an additional 2 hours to stiffen up before eating\r
