Bodyweight workout: 4-minute strength sets

If you're the type of guy that's always on the run, or don't have time to hit the gym, bodyweight workouts are the next best thing for getting it in. Tier 4 trainer, Josh Stolz from EQUINOX runs us through three sets of three movement patterns coupled with three static holds to increase strength and power using only your bodyweight.

Side kick through - 30-second hold.
Loaded beat - 30-second hold.

Squat - 30-second hold.
Static squat - 30-second hold.
