City of Denver Agrees to $4.6 Mil. Settlement to Family of Inmate Killed by Deputies in Jail

The city of Denver has agreed to pay the family of an inmate killed by deputies more than $4.5 million, but the family says a major policy change is the most important part of the settlement.
