Bill de Blasio labels NY truck rampage an 'act of terror'

Bill de Blasio held an emergency news conference after a motorist ran down pedestrians in lower Manhattan, killing at least eight people and injuring many more. De Blasio told reporters Police shot and wounded the suspect, who's now in custody.
