Heartwarming footage has emerged from British Columbia of a Good Samaritan finding and rescuing a raccoon that accidentally fell into a dumpster as it was looking for food and couldn't get out.
The video, shot on November 2016 in Coquitlam, shows the man buying supplies from a utilities store in his neighbourhood to help carry out his rescue mission.
The man later visits a Starbucks coffeehouse to access the dumpster and puts a device inside it so that the raccoon is able to climb out.
