An arrest warrant was issued for Rose McGowan in connection with possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was reportedly issued on Feb. 1, the AP reported. Police launched the investigation after they discovered traces of drugs in her belongings left behind on a flight on Jan. 20. The actress claimed her warrant is part of a conspiracy to silence her after accusing Harvey Weinstein of sexually assaulting her.
