Astana, Oct 30 (EFE), (Camera: James Russo).- President Bashar al-Assad remains committed to carrying out political reforms in Syria after the military phase of the conflict is over, the Russian envoy to Syria, Alexander Lavrentiev, said Monday before the start of the Astana-7 peace talks.
