Taking cold showers to conserve on propane,

around our feet we light,

to come and jiggle in the sun that we now own.

When we are rich we'll have cabinets filled with
daggers and eggs lain by emu's and fish.
With delicately hinged
doors cut into the shells
opening onto scenes of twisted lover's faces.
Wearing cow-like expressions which contrast delicately
oddly with the agonised bodies at your feet
Questing for oils in the folds of your eyelids,
searching the internet for pictures of fish
caught in the act of exposing themselves
to the radioactivity of the elite slugs
capturing victims. Baited old-lady's stretched out on their lawn chairs caught with their romantic novels of smut hidden under
cellophane kerchiefs
