Footage of by-passers picking up what is believed to be marijuana from the ground after a driver allegedly threw a bag filled with the drug from his car window.
The video, captured on August 2 on South Norwood High Street, London, UK, captures the filmer's reaction, visibly amused by the scene.
He said: "The guy was getting chased by police drove past and th[rew] a massive bag of weed out the window."
"I was so shocked how everybody just started picking it up even old people."
