How to make The Best Homemade Logitech G27 Gaming Wheel Stand In The World

In this video, I talked about how I made this Logitech G27 gaming wheel stand using discounted wood from Home Depot. \r

I know for a sim racing rig there are a lot of choices out there. And some of them that are built using PVC pipes are as good as arcade seats. But they also take up a lot of room.\r
\r
I choose to take a minimalist approach because I want to be able to use it on both the PS3 and PC. For the PC I already have my set up and having a full cage with racing seat doesnt really work well with it.\r
\r
With this, the base board can just go under the PC desk, adjust the height and Id be good to go. The only thing that will take up room is the top with the wheel and stick. Ive seen some peoples PC setup and I think this will work well for them as well.\r
\r
Its cheap. Its strong. Its height adjustable. Its portable. Its just the best!\r

Dimensions:\r
Top piece that holds the wheel: 1in x 6in x 2ft. 2 pieces glued together top to bottom\r
Side pieces: 2in x 4in x 18in. 4 pieces\r
Floor piece that holds the pedals: 2ft x 2ft x 0.75in\r
Feet pieces: 2in x 3in x 21in. 4 pieces trim to fit\r
\r
(Not in video)\r
Extra diagonal support from the side pieces to the floor piece: 2in x 4in x 12in trim to fit\r
