An unemployed 25-year-old from Latur Sakharam Pandit Khurpe,who holds a Diploma in Education (DEd), was arrested by police outside the Vidhan Bhavan on Friday afternoon for allegedly trying to kill himself with a knife and attacking policemen who tried to stop him.
