Good Samaritan Uses Jack to Rescue Preschooler Pinned Under Minivan

A 4-year-old boy was struck by a minivan and dragged a short distance while in a crosswalk in front of a Colorado elementary school on Wednesday morning, the Westminster Police Department said.
