Missouri Firefighter Uses Ham Radio Skills to Help Puerto Rico

A Missouri firefighter who says he picked up ham radio as a hobby a couple years ago was able to use his skills to help hurricane victims in Puerto Rico, spending a month setting up makeshift communication centers on the island.
