Men's magazine - Playboy - is to feature it's first ever transgender centrefold. Ines Rau is a French model who first appeared in the magazine three years ago - but will now be the centerfold for the first time. She will appear in the November issue - which pays tribute to the magazine founder Hugh Heffner - who died last month. Tim Allman reports.
